Delivery and returns

Discreet shipping

All orders are sent in neutral packaging with no reference to the contents, and the sender does not reveal the nature of the products.

Countries and delivery times

We deliver to Portugal and the rest of the European Union. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown when you order, before payment. Some products are dispatched directly by our logistics partners within the European Union.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we email you the tracking information, when available.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract. Write to support@sexylove.pt with your order number. For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged item or one different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can replace or refund it.
