Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms govern purchases from the Sexylove online shop, operated by José Carlos Freitas Silva (VAT/NIF 210283211), Trav. Tapada, 48, 4770-327 Landim, Portugal. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Minimum age
Orders are only accepted from adults aged 18 or over. By purchasing, you declare that you are at least 18.
3. Products and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable to the delivery country. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors.
4. Order and contract
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, refunding all amounts paid in full.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payments are processed by secure payment service providers.
6. Delivery
Delivery conditions are described on the Delivery and returns page. Products are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. To exercise it, notify us clearly at support@sexylove.pt. For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned. Refunds are made within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method. Return costs are borne by the consumer.
8. Legal guarantee
New goods carry a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years. In case of a defect, contact us at support@sexylove.pt with your order number.
9. Privacy

10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers resident in another EU Member State. You may use the electronic Complaints Book and alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies.
